GMUKPT is applying to acquire the Former Quinta Club, Mays Lane, Barnet — bringing it back into community use as a permanent temple, cultural centre, and wellbeing hub open to everyone.
Barnet Council is selling the Former Quinta Club site. GMUKPT has submitted an application to reopen it as an inclusive community, cultural, educational and wellbeing centre with a temple at its heart. We are building community support through pledges of donation and interest-free loans to demonstrate the strength of backing behind our vision.
A successful application would give GMUKPT — and the wider Barnet community — a permanent home for worship, learning, seva and connection. Children will learn, elders will meet, families will pray and celebrate, and newcomers will find friends for generations to come.
We welcome volunteers from all walks of life for our spiritual, environmental, educational, and community welfare programmes.
